Hello!

I am an Assistant Professor in the Economics area at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). My research work falls at the intersection of digital economics and regulation. It is based on the game-theoretic formulation of the economic environment to understand and examine the strategic interaction among economic agents in digital markets and its implications. My theoretical research work on policy issues in digital markets comprises of four main categories: (1) economics of privacy, (2) exclusionary strategies, (3) economics of news aggregation, and (4) optimal platform design. 

 

I completed Ph.D. in Economics from Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi Centre. Before doctoral studies, I worked as an Economist at the Competition Commission of India, New Delhi
